SAN DIEGO - January 7, 2007 - MediaFLO™ USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), and CBS Corporation have announced a multi-year license agreement under which full episodes of popular CBS entertainment, news and sports programming will be delivered 24/7 over MediaFLO USA's revolutionary new, TV-quality mobile entertainment service. MediaFLO USA has created an unmatched mobile entertainment experience, delivering premium content to mobile consumers in a crystal-clear viewing environment.

The deal between the two companies means that fans of CBS's popular programming - including "CSI," "Late Night with David Letterman," "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" and sports programming such as college football and basketball - have yet another way to watch their favorite shows when they are on the go.
